Nihal Peters

Nihal Peters has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Nihal is currently working as the Assistant Vice President Design at BEWAKOOF® since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Design - Men, Women, and Industrial at BEWAKOOF® from 2021 to 2023. Before joining BEWAKOOF®, Nihal worked at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd - Pantaloons as the General Manager in 2021. Nihal also worked at Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd as the Deputy General Manager from 2017 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Nihal held positions at Universal Sportsbiz Private Limited as the Design Lead from 2015 to 2017, Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited as the Category Head - Fashion from 2014 to 2015, Industree Crafts Foundation as a Designer from 2008 to 2015, Reliance Retail as the Chief Manager (Design) - Indianwear, Mart, and Accessories from 2013 to 2014, Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited as the Head of Design (Apparel) from 2008 to 2013, Primus Retail Pvt. Ltd as the Manager-Design (Weekender/MTV) - Men's/Women's/Kids from 2006 to 2008, and Pantaloon Retail India Ltd as a Designer - Women's (Casual wear/Evening wear) from 2005 to 2006. Nihal has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of design, including market analysis, trend forecasting, and product development.

Nihal Peters completed their education in a chronological order. Nihal started by attending St. Joseph's Academy in Dehradun from 1988 to 1999, where they completed their 10+2 in the field of Science. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Design in Fashion/Apparel Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi, graduating between 1999 and 2002. Following this, Nihal enrolled at the National Institute of Design and obtained a Master of Design in Fashion/Apparel Design from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they also obtained a Certificate in Computing from the Indira Gandhi National Open University in March 2001.
