Natalie Berk

Natalie Berk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Natalie is currently working as a People & Culture Success Manager at bex technologies GmbH since March 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager at zolar from August 2021 to February 2023. Their responsibilities included active sourcing, end-to-end recruiting for various departments, interim onboarding management, and organizing company-wide meetings.

Before their time at zolar, they worked as a Recruiting & Matchmaking professional at SwitchUp from August 2020 to August 2021. Natalie also gained experience as an Intern in Event Management at Deutsch-Irische Auslandshandelskammer from February 2019 to July 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Working Student in Marketing at Lightico from October 2018 to January 2019.

In 2017, Natalie had an internship at AHK Panama / Cámara de Comercio e Industria Panameña Alemana. Prior to that, they worked as a Working Student in Payroll Accounting at Schiller-Eventpersonal from August 2016 to March 2017. Natalie also had a working student position at Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena from October 2013 to February 2017.

Natalie Berk completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Intercultural Business Communication from Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2013 to 2017. In 2015 to 2016, they also participated in an ERASMUS+ Semester at HOGENT, where they studied Business and Information Management. Following that, from 2017 to 2020, Natalie pursued a Master of Arts in International Business at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft. Additionally, in 2018 to 2019, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in International Business from The College of Management Academic Studies.
