James Nation has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1997 with Citi, where they held two positions. James was the Citiphone Head for International Personal Banking, managing the day-to-day activities of the IPB affluent segment call center. James was also the Client Services Manager for Latin America Securities Services, supervising day-to-day activities for large broker dealers and custodian banks investing in the Latin American Market. In 2004, they returned to Citi as the Customer Services Head for International Personal Banking/Global Executive Banking, managing the Customer Services relationship of around 83K customers from the International Affluent Segment. James was also the Client Research Head, developing, coaching, and leading people toward the establishment of skills and knowledge that promoted and leveraged professional services for IPB clients. From 2009 to 2016, they worked for Open English, first as the Regional Vice President of Sales, then as the CRM Director for Latin America. In 2019, they became the Head of Sales for United Food Truck, and in 2020 they worked as a Senior Operations/CRM Business Consultant for BIZMASOFT LLC. Most recently, they have been the VP of Sales for beycome since 2021.
