Lee Alroi

Lee Alroi is an experienced HR specialist currently working at BEYEONICS since February 2022, responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and training development. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Israeli Phoenix, where responsibilities encompassed managing employee life cycles and implementing HR processes, and as a Human Resources Coordinator, focused on collective agreements and onboarding. Lee also worked as a Marketing And Advertising Coordinator at Ben-Gurion University Student Union. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and Management, both obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
