Michelle Coelho

Michelle has been with Beyond Bank for more than 20 years, starting her banking career with United Credit Union, and has held various roles both on the frontline and behind the scenes. Her most recent appointment before joining the Executive team was to lead the team in WA as State Manager - a position she held for 10 years.

Michelle holds a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Presently, she is responsible for driving performance leadership, development, and growth of the people at Beyond Bank and aligning it to people's capability and culture.
