Ronald Jennings

Ronald Jennings has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Ronald started their career at American Express as a Lead Business System Analyst from 2010 to 2016. Ronald then worked at FOCUS Adventure as an Account Manager for one year. After that, they joined Brother Basil & Co. as a Business Development Analyst, where they managed existing clients and focused on new business prospects. Ronald also developed operational impacts and opportunities of technology changes and implemented quality/risk metrics to track and increase improvements. Following that, they joined Equifax - Australia as an Operational Excellence Lead / Business Analyst, where they worked with key stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvements. Currently, Ronald is working at Beyond Bank Australia as a Business Analyst, supporting complex projects and delivering measurable efficiencies within the business.

Ronald Jennings completed their education in a chronological order. In 2017, they earned their high school diploma with a focus on Leadership & Management from Melbourne City Institute of Education. In the following year, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued further studies at Lonsdale Institute, where they obtained both a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management. From 2019 to 2021, Ronald attended the Australian Institute of Higher Education, and successfully graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services.
