Sophie Scott-Young

Sophie Scott-Young has extensive experience in sales and operations management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the National Sales & Operations Manager for Customer Experience at Beyond Bank Australia since November 2015, Sophie previously held the position of Regional Manager. Prior to this, Sophie was the State Manager for South Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania at Medibank, where responsibilities included overseeing retail sales and meeting targets. Sophie's earlier roles included Regional General Manager at Westpac, managing retail banking operations and a team of approximately 120 staff, and head positions in retail lending and financial planning at Bank SA and BT Financial Group.
