Taylore Hardeman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Taylore started their career as a Retail Sales Associate/Key Holder at T-Mobile in 2012 and later worked as a Promotions and Marketing Intern at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment in 2014. Taylore then served as an Administrative Assistant at First City Floors from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Houston ISD as an Associate Teacher, where they worked until 2018. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Customer Service Training Specialist at Children's Learning Adventure from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Beyond Finance as a Contact Center Manager since 2018, overseeing a team of 150 agents and 10 supervisors. Taylore is responsible for optimizing productivity, analyzing call center statistics, and monitoring key performance metrics. In January 2022, they were promoted to the role of Director of Client Success at Beyond Finance.
Taylore Hardeman attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations and Sociology.
