Eric Young

Eric Young is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in compliance and clinical services, currently serving as Corporate Director of Compliance and Regional Director of Clinical Quality & Compliance at Beyond Healthcare since March 2022, overseeing five teen mental health outpatient facilities. Previously, Eric held the position of Clinical Director for Child & Adolescent Behavioral Therapy at Zepf Center from February 2016 to July 2020, providing comprehensive supervision for a multidisciplinary team. Eric's earlier roles at Harbor from March 2002 to February 2016 included Clinical Manager for Early Childhood Mental Health Services and Clinical Therapist & Early Childhood Specialist, focusing on early childhood mental health and behavioral intervention. Eric holds both a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Health/Mental Health from Saint Louis University.
