Courtney Simmons is an experienced social media manager and content creator currently working at The Takeout Times. Since January 2021, Courtney has also been a blogger for The Courtney Lux Blog and serves as a brand ambassador for Beyond Meat since May 2019. Previously, Courtney held the position of field marketing team lead at Austin Eastciders from July 2019 to March 2020. Courtney obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Tarrant County College.
