Deborah Rudzik

Deborah Rudzik is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retail sales and customer management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Retail Sales at Beyond Meat since January 2022, Deborah previously held significant positions such as Vice President and Walmart Customer Team Lead at L’Oreal Paris, and Vice President of Sales at Pepperidge Farm. Further experience includes roles at Hasbro, Abbott Laboratories, and PepsiCo, where Deborah led major sales initiatives and strategies for high-profile brands. Deborah holds an Executive MBA in Business from the University of North Texas.
