Emma Southworth (Dillon)

Emma Dillon Southworth is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and demand planning, currently serving as Manager of Sales & Demand Planning at Beyond Meat since June 2020. In this role, Emma has developed annual planning models and facilitated interdepartmental collaboration, providing support to the CEO and managing a team of three. Previous positions at Beyond Meat include Senior Demand Planner, Master Production Scheduler, and Production & Materials Planner. Prior to Beyond Meat, Emma worked at Newell Brands in several roles within the Supply Chain Management Rotational Program, focusing on continuous improvement and project management. Early career experiences include internships at Honeywell Aerospace and The J.M. Smucker Company, enhancing expertise in inventory management and logistics. Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems, Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
