Baishali has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Baishali began their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2018 as a Business Associate. From October 2019 to March 2020, they worked as a Fundraising Coordinator at CRY - Child Rights and You. In February 2020, they joined Shiksha.com as a Promotions Coordinator. In August 2020, they transitioned to InterviewVector and took on the role of an Account/Customer Success Manager until April 2023. Currently, they are employed at Beyond since May 2023, working in Customer Success.

Baishali (She/her) pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in HR from IFIM Business School from 2019 to 2021. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Baishali completed courses such as "From idea to startup" and "People Analytics" from Coursera in July 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Employee Engagement" from LinkedIn in April 2020. Baishali further expanded their expertise by completing courses such as "Introduction to Programming Using Python" from Udemy and "Organizational Culture" and "Strategic Human Resources" from LinkedIn, all in April 2020. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Diploma in Computer Application from Assam Rifles in June 2015. Baishali also acquired additional certifications in Ms Excel and R programming from IFIM Business School.
