Georgios Krypotos

Georgios Krypotos started their work experience in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Virtual Trip Ltd. Georgios worked on various projects, including the development of an informational system for secure document issuing for the Hellenic Police. In 2008, they took on the role of Product Manager & Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and developed new modules of the Insurance Manager (IM) product. In 2015, Georgios co-founded and became the CEO of Pakia software Services, a company that offers a SaaS solution for insurance agencies. Georgios raised funds for the company, and it is part of the Starttech Ventures portfolio. In 2019, they joined Plum Fintech as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2021, they moved on to Beyond, where they currently hold the position of Senior Backend Engineer.

Georgios Krypotos pursued their education at the University of Patras from 2000 to 2007, where they studied Computer Engineering & Informatics. During this period, they obtained a degree with a final grade of 7.81.

In addition to their university education, Georgios also obtained two additional certifications. In February 2008, they achieved the Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist certification from Microsoft®. Furthermore, in July 2009, they earned a Counterpoint Diploma in Music Composition from the Prototypal Conservatory.
