John then transitioned to be a Guest Services Manager at Beachside Vacations LLC and streamlined various operations such as front desk, property management, reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance. John further expanded their expertise as a Property Manager at LeasingandManagement.com, where they managed residential properties and homeowner associations. John's enthusiasm for the vacation industry led him to become a Vacation Rental Manager at VacationCondos.com, focusing on short-term vacation rentals in coastal areas. John then took on the role of Director of Partner Success at Vintory, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and overseeing the Partner Success Team. Currently, John holds the position of Strategic Customer Success Manager at Beyond, leveraging their experience to drive success for the company's customers.
John Burke completed their education at East Carolina University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism. Prior to their university studies, they attended James River High School and received an Advanced Diploma.
