Nathalie Lopez has a diverse work experience in various customer-centric roles. Nathalie currently holds the position of Senior Customer Success Associate at Beyond, where they manage customer onboarding and ensures their goals are met. Prior to this, Nathalie worked as a Customer Success Associate at Beyond, where they provided post-sale customer support and helped SMB partners grow their business and revenue.

Before joining Beyond, Nathalie worked as a Manager of Customer Success at TrekkSoft, a booking software company, where they managed a portfolio of over 130 clients, increased retention and revenue, and built strong customer relationships.

Prior to their role at TrekkSoft, Nathalie worked at Royal Hotels BCN, where they held two positions. First, as a Hotel Reservations Agent, they managed bookings, payments, and room availability for a chain of 4-star hotels. Later, as a Community and Reputation Manager, they analyzed online reputation reports, developed strategies to improve the hotel chain's online reputation, and managed social media content.

Nathalie's early career included a role as an Account Manager at Geo Reisen Cia. Ltda., a receptive tour operator, where they provided advisory services to travel agencies. Nathalie also gained experience as a Front Office Agent at Hotel Stubel Suites y Café, where they handled various tasks related to reservations, front desk operations, and night audit.

Nathalie's professional journey began with an internship at Hilton, where they gained valuable industry exposure.

Nathalie Lopez obtained a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and E-commerce from CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality, Education/Research from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from UTE - Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Psychology from Coursera in December 2020.
