Susmitha Mallidi

Susmitha (Sumi) Mallidi has over 10 years experience as a project and program manager with extensive and intensive focus on identify access management. She has led multiple projects for Fortune 500 companies, but also experience with smaller boutique consultancy firms. Her biggest assets are her incredible ability to connect with people.

Sumi is a tireless advocate for the people that she works with and is known to place the customer at the center of all her energy. Promoting diversity in the workforce and specifically the role of women in technology among her key driving principles. Unafraid to ask questions and admit when she doesn’t know something, Sumi has a deep capacity to learn new things and think differently.

BeyondID recognized Sumi’s great potential and quickly promoted her through the ranks from her initial role a project manager, up to her current role as Chief of Staff. In this role, her focus is on promoting, driving, supporting, and optimizing processes that move the company forward. One of her primary roles has been to bring innovative processes like Agile, Safe5 and similar methodology to the leadership team. She hopes to continue this work in the years to come.
