Bianca Negru

Bianca Negru has a comprehensive work experience spanning over a decade. Bianca began their career as a Customer Support Representative at Hewlett-Packard in 2008. Bianca later joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2011, where they served as a Teamleader and then as a Process Manager.

In 2015, Bianca transitioned to the role of Project Manager at Nobel, Ltd. Here, they coordinated the implementation of business needs and utilized Agile methodologies for various projects. Bianca also acted as a Product Manager, ensuring accurate specifications and conducting research activities.

Following their tenure at Nobel, Ltd, Bianca joined Conectys in 2018 as a Product Marketing Manager. Bianca'sresponsibilities included market research and analysis, as well as identifying industry trends and customer needs.

In 2019, Bianca became a Product Manager at Playtika. Bianca was instrumental in establishing a new department and coordinating 5 development teams to increase the pace of development and revenue within the studio. Bianca utilized the Scrum framework to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently.

In 2022, Bianca took on the role of Product Manager at Mad Brain Games, where they contributed to the development and execution of various products.

From 2021 to 2023, Bianca held roles at Yala Impact. Initially serving as a Product Manager, they later became the Head of Product. In this capacity, Bianca was responsible for bringing ideas to life by collaborating with design, content, operations, and development teams. Bianca emphasized customer feedback and behavior as sources of inspiration and continuously adapted to market changes.

Currently, Bianca is a Product Owner at BeyondPlay, a position they assumed in 2023.

Bianca Negru has a strong educational background in languages and literature. From 2005 to 2008, they attended the University of Bucharest and obtained a Licentiate degree in English and German Language and Literature. Bianca continued their education at the same university and from 2008 to 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, specializing in general studies.

In addition to their formal education, Bianca has also obtained several certifications in the field of product management and software development. In 2017, they completed various courses on software product management through Coursera, including Introduction to Software Product Management, Software Processes and Agile Practices, Client Needs and Software Requirements, Reviews & Metrics for Software Improvements, and Agile Planning for Software Products. In 2018, they completed the Software Product Management Capstone course.

Furthermore, Bianca has acquired certifications in product management and psychological profiling. Bianca obtained the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from the International Scrum Institute in 2021. Additionally, in 2021, they completed the Psychological Profiler Academy program offered by INTELLPSY - Business Intelligence Psychology.

Recently, in 2023, Bianca has obtained certifications in building a product from scratch and building a product strategy from LinkedIn.
