Fahrul Rezza S.e.

Fahrul Rezza S.E. has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning several companies. Fahrul is currently working as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Beyondsoft, where they handle various HR duties such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement. Previously, they served as an Assistant Manager Human Resources & General Affair at PT. Boven Agro Mas and PT. Wego Medika Indonesia, where they were responsible for recruitment, remuneration, and employee insurance. Fahrul also worked as a Talent & Culture (HR) Supervisor at Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran and as a Human Resources Officer at PT Grahawita Santika and Pondok Ayam Gemes, where they conducted recruitment processes and managed remuneration and employee insurance.

Fahrul Rezza S.E. completed their Bachelor's Degree of Economic in Management from Sahid Jakarta University, from 2011 to 2015.
