Caleb Kershaw is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and technical support. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at BeyondTrust since July 2014, Caleb has held various positions ranging from QA Engineer to Line Manager, focusing on testing the Privilege Management for Windows solution within a SCRUM team. Prior to this, Caleb worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Avecto, providing critical assistance to Fortune 500 clients and resolving complex technical issues. Early career roles included 1st Line Support Technician at AppSense, where support was provided to major clients, and a Service Desk Technician during a 'Year In Industry' placement at Synectics Solutions Ltd. Caleb's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Staffordshire University.
