Chandra Collins has gained significant work experience in various roles and companies. Chandra started their career in 2007 at The Home Depot as a Data Quality Assurance Analyst Lead, where they trained new eCommerce QA Analysts and analyzed product pricing and data. In 2010, Chandra joined Krystal Communications, LLC/Arise Virtual Solutions as an Inbound Call Specialist. Chandra then returned to The Home Depot in 2014 and took on roles such as REO Specialist, Sourcing Support Specialist, and Pro Support Coordinator, where they managed providers, initiated onboarding processes, and analyzed business needs for special orders. In 2019, Chandra joined BeyondTrust as an Order Management Specialist and later became the Order Management Team Lead, providing direction and support for the team, resolving complex scenarios, and analyzing order processing errors to maximize revenue.
