Ian Pitfield

Ian Pitfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and education. Currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering Operations at BeyondTrust since September 2019, Ian previously held roles as Lead Solution Engineer and Senior SE. Prior experience includes leading presales efforts at Netacea and managing technical solution specialists at Avecto, which was acquired by Bomgar (now BeyondTrust). Ian’s background in technical education includes positions as an IT Trainer at Pearson plc, where Ian developed and delivered comprehensive technical training in the UAE, and as an ICT Teacher at Vietnam Australia International School, focusing on adult international curriculums. Additionally, Ian has experience as an ESL Trainer at TEFL International, mentoring trainee instructors.
