Valerie Moulden

Valerie Moulden is an experienced legal professional currently serving as VP, Deputy General Counsel, and Data Protection Officer at BeyondTrust since January 2019. Valerie's prior roles include Global Head of Legal at Avecto, Solicitor at NCC Group and Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC, and Senior Legal Adviser at Bupa. With a solid foundation as Contract Solicitor at The Co-operative Bank plc and experience at Hammonds LLP and adidas, Valerie has a diverse background in commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection compliance, and litigation. Valerie holds an LLB(Hons) from the University of Leicester and completed the Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law. Valerie is certified in CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and CIPM.
