Sabrina Z. has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service roles. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at bezahl.de (NX Technologies GmbH) since February 2022, Sabrina has also held positions as Quality Assurance Test Lead and Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to this, Sabrina worked as a Customer Service Representative at SYKES from September 2020 to January 2022, providing consulting services for PlayStation. Sabrina's career began at the Police nationale, where from November 2003 to February 2020, responsibilities included crime prevention, victim support, emergency preparedness, and conducting forensic investigations on electronic devices, as well as performing OSINT investigations on the internet and social media.
