Efrat Alush has extensive experience in customer relationship management and leadership roles within the telecommunications and financial sectors. Efrat has been with Bezeq On Line since 2010. Prior to that, Efrat served as a Manager at Finhome, where responsibilities included managing a service and sales center focused on mortgages, overseeing a full profit and loss unit, and negotiating with banks and advertising companies. Efrat's earlier experience at Partner Communications Company Ltd. spanned from 2000 to 2008, with multiple roles including leading a team dedicated to servicing high-value business clients and managing operational teams within the private customer service center. Efrat holds a B.A. in Management and Economics combined with Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2004.
