David Colborne

David Colborne has a diverse work experience in various talent management and recruitment roles. David is currently working at BeZero Carbon as a Senior Global Talent Manager since June 2023, and previously held the position of Global Talent Manager at the same company from October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Dazzle & Discover Volunteer at Imperial War Museums starting from August 2020.

David also worked at Kambi as a Talent Partner from February 2022 to October 2022. Before Kambi, they were a Talent Partner at Elements Talent Consultancy from March 2021 to October 2022.

David gained experience in talent management at Spotify, where they held the role of Global Talent Partner from July 2021 to February 2022, and as a Global Talent Researcher - Elements @Spotify from March 2021 to July 2021.

Before that, David worked at Oakwood Recruitment as a Senior Associate from April 2017 to February 2021, and as an Associate from May 2016 to April 2017. David started their career as a Senior Resourcer at Marks Sattin from May 2014 to May 2016.

From 2010 to 2013, David Colborne pursued a Bachelor's Degree in History & Politics at the University of Kent.
