Glaffira Juste

Glaffira Juste has extensive experience in early childhood education. Glaffira is currently working at Bezos Academy as a Lead Teacher, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Teacher Assistant at Bezos Academy starting in August 2022. Glaffira also has experience as a Kindergarten Teacher at Sunrise Academy from August 2018. Before that, they worked as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Seminole County Public School from January 2016 to May 2018. Glaffira'searliest work experience was as an Early Childhood Teacher at Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. (4C) from May 2010 to August 2016.

Glaffira Juste obtained an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Seminole State College of Florida from 2015 to 2017. Glaffira continued their education at Grand Canyon University from 2019 to 2022, earning a Bachelor of Education - BEd in Early Childhood Education and Teaching. In addition to their degrees, Glaffira has obtained several certifications, including CPR/AED/First Aid from Public Safety Education Group in July 2022 and the 45-Hour DCF Childcare Training from the Florida Department of Children and Families in 2011. Glaffira also completed the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 40-Hour Training from the Autism Partnership Foundation, and is currently pursuing CPI certification at Bezos Academy in 2023.
