Martina Kozar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Martina started their career at The Parthenon Group as a Senior Associate from 1999 to 2002. Martina then joined the Peace Corps as a Volunteer in 2002, where they helped build the management capacity of a women's conservation group and implemented grants. Martina then worked at Starbucks Coffee Company, initially as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2005 to 2006, followed by a role as a Segment Manager in Strategic Business Development from 2006 to 2007. Currently, Martina is the Director of Product Management at Bezos Academy, a position they have held since 2020.
