Martina Kozar

Martina Kozar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Martina started their career at The Parthenon Group as a Senior Associate from 1999 to 2002. Martina then joined the Peace Corps as a Volunteer in 2002, where they helped build the management capacity of a women's conservation group and implemented grants. Martina then worked at Starbucks Coffee Company, initially as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2005 to 2006, followed by a role as a Segment Manager in Strategic Business Development from 2006 to 2007. Martina then served as a Product Manager from 2007 to 2010, with P&L responsibility for Lunch and Ready to Drink categories, new product development, and expanding the lunch program. Martina's next career move was to Amazon, where they held multiple roles starting from 2010. Martina worked as a Senior Product Manager/Senior Vendor Manager, Canada from 2010 to 2011, successfully launching new product categories and driving selection, pricing, and promotion strategies.
