Walt Bower

Walt Bower is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technology operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Bezos Academy since July 2023, Walt previously held the position of Director of TechOps at mctlaw from February 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing IT management and serving as the primary administrator for Salesforce. Earlier roles include Director of Information Technology at Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, focusing on hardware refreshes and system integration during acquisitions, and IT Support Specialist at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, where mobile device management and network assistance were primary duties. Additionally, Walt served as System Support Specialist at Bryant Miller Olive P.A., managing IT needs across multiple offices, and began with an IT internship honing skills in mobile device management and helpdesk support.
