John Deasy

John Deasy is a seasoned education leader currently serving as President of the Bezos Family Foundation since July 2023. Prior to this role, John Deasy held positions as Partner at Cambiar and Partner and co-Founder at Rethinc from May 2022 to July 2023. John Deasy also served as Executive Vice President at The Wonderful Company. Academically, John Deasy earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry from Providence College, a Master's degree in Education Administration from Providence College, and multiple honorary Doctorate degrees in Humane Letters from Loyola Marymount University and Pepperdine University, along with a PhD in Education Administration and Policy from the University of Louisville.
