Kristina Schmallen-Montano

Kristina Schmallen-Montano M.S has extensive experience in project management and academia. Currently serving as a Project Manager at B&F Contracting, Inc. since April 2023, Kristina also holds the position of President at Montano and Sons, LLC, overseeing a remodeling and renovations business since January 2019. Previous roles include Project Manager at RYTAN Construction and B&F Contracting, where responsibilities focused on wet utility projects. In education, Kristina has been an Adjunct Professor and Full-Time Faculty at Ottawa University since May 2017, contributing to course development, and previously taught at South Mountain Community College in various capacities, including as Adjunct Faculty in the health and PE department. Kristina holds a Doctor of Education in Athletic and Sport Management and a Master's in Health and Human Performance.
