Zachary Hilty

Zachary Hilty currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Hilty Wealth Management and is a Talent Development Team Member at BFA since October 2022. Previously, Zachary founded Dry County Capital Group and held the position of Director of Talent Development at BFA from August 2015 to June 2020, where also contributed as a Senior Staff Photographer. Experience in education includes roles as a Talent Development Manager and Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at Uncommon Schools, as well as serving as a Teacher with Teach For America. Zachary holds a B.A. in Rhetoric and Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.S.Ed. in Childhood Education from Hunter College.
