Malgorzata Wysocka

Malgorzata Wysocka is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and training. Currently, Malgorzata serves as the Human Resources Manager at BFF Banking Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Malgorzata held positions as HR Manager at ABB from January 2018 to March 2022 and at GE from October 2010 to June 2018, where responsibilities included HR management and serving as an HR Business Partner. Early career experiences include internships in various HR departments at JTI, IDES Consultants Polska, and FPL Sp. z o. o., as well as training work at MySelf MyWorld in Istanbul. Malgorzata holds a master's degree in Psychology of Organization and Career Guidance from the University of Lodz, completed in 2010, and has also pursued postgraduate studies in Labor Law at the same institution.
