Kate Kerpchar

Kathryn Kerpchar is the President and CEO at BFI since September 2018. Kathryn also serves as the Owner of Lotus Rose LLC, a company that focuses on managing various aspects of businesses to improve operations. With experience in senior vice president and director positions at companies such as Cresa and Deutsche Asset Management, Kathryn brings valuable expertise in project management and business development. Kathryn holds a BBA in Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
