In 2018, they transitioned to STEADfast IT as the Director of Business Development. Here, they focused on helping companies navigate and optimize their IT expenses by staying ahead of the ever-changing technological environment.

Michael joined Shepherd Communication & Security in 2019 as the Business Development Director. Michael specialized in low voltage cabling, building security, and automation. Their responsibilities included developing new products, creating strategic partnerships, and managing the selling cycle from implementation.
