Ronrapee Leelawong

Ronrapee Leelawong is an experienced professional specializing in learning and development, quality management, and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at BG Container Glass Public Company Limited since September 2019, Ronrapee oversees the BG Development Academy and manages a corporate function focusing on productivity improvement. Prior experience includes roles as a WCM Consultant at Tetra Pak and Quality Management Specialist at SCG Chemicals, along with academic positions at Stamford International University and the Isenberg School of Management at UMass. Ronrapee holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from Isenberg School of Management, an M.Sc. in Quality Science from Chalmers University of Technology, and a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
