Scott E. Lerner

Scott Lerner has been working at B&G Foods, Inc. since July 2005, where Scott currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining B&G Foods, Inc., Scott worked at Dechert LLP from September 1997 to July 2005 as an Associate. Scott obtained their JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 1997, their BS in Business Management from Cornell University in 1994, and also participated in the Overseas Student Program at Tel Aviv University in 1993. Scott graduated from Plainedge High School in 1990.
