Over 40 years of experience in the metals based chemicals industry and has held executive posts in Europe and North America.

In 1991 he formed Integrated Resource Management, a consulting service engaged in resource recovery. IRM is active on a world-wide basis and serves the zinc oxide, zinc chemical and other metal related industries.
