Madhav R Jadhav

Madhav R Jadhav currently serves as the Head of Quality at BGAUSS since December 2021, focusing on enhancing quality standards for electric vehicles through product and process improvements. Prior to this role, Madhav held the position of Sr. Manager in Paint shop and GA shop Quality at Ola Electric, where efforts were centered on improving customer experience for 2 Wheeler Electric vehicles. Madhav's extensive experience at General Motors included leadership in field quality, Quality Engineering, Vehicle Quality Operations, New Product Quality, and Quality Systems from November 2008 to October 2020. Additionally, Madhav contributed as an Executive Engineer in Market Quality at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Supplier Quality Assurance at TVS Motor Company. Academic qualifications include an MBA from IIMS Pune, a Post Graduate in Quality Engineering and Management from NTTF Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
