Sarah Ethridge

Sarah Ethridge, M.Ed., currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metropolitan Area, a position held since November 2021. Previously, from January 2018 to November 2021, Sarah was the Program Manager at Impact NW, where oversight of eight youth workforce development programs aimed at assisting historically underrepresented youth was a primary responsibility. Prior roles include Assistant Director at Trillium Public K-12 Charter School, where management of student behavior and support for conflict resolution were key duties, and Education Supervisor at Oregon Child Development Coalition, where implementation and compliance of Head Start programs for over 800 children were managed. Additionally, Sarah was the Regional Supervisor at Vermont Hills Family Life Center, responsible for oversight of state licensed before and after school programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science from Oregon State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Phoenix.
