Natalie Carlberg is an experienced marketing and development professional with a robust background in non-profit leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Development at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metro Area since July 2018 and as Vice President of Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area since the same month, Natalie has demonstrated a commitment to youth development. Prior to these roles, Natalie worked at the American Red Cross from July 2010 to July 2018, holding positions as Chief Development Officer and Development Officer. Additionally, from 2004 to 2010, Natalie was the Development Director at the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, further solidifying expertise in development and fundraising strategies.
