Lance Yarborough

Lance Yarborough has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Lance has extensive expertise in F-16 aircraft and has worked as a Chief Instructor and Subject Matter Expert at BGI, LLC since December 2022. Prior to that, Lance served as an F-16 Instructor and Subject Matter Expert at the same company from January 2016 to December 2022. Lance also worked as a Director of Student Ministry at New Life Bible Fellowship from June 2017 to June 2018. Lance has previously held positions at Lockheed Martin, 162 Fighter Wing, 56 Operations Group Detachment 1 - Tucson, 62 Fighter Squadron, Air Land Sea Application Center, Air Command and Staff College, 34 Fighter Squadron, and 36 Fighter Squadron, where they served in roles such as F-16 Instructor Pilot, Commander, Operations Officer, Joint Staff Officer, and Wing Programmer. Their work experience showcases their extensive knowledge and experience in aviation, leadership, and military operations.

Lance Yarborough graduated from Virginia Military Institute in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued further education at Air Command and Staff College and obtained a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science. Additionally, from 2012 to 2016, Lance earned a Master's Degree in Discipleship and Church Ministries from Liberty University.
