Nick Goetz has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nick started their career in 2008 with the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Fuel Systems Specialist, responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of fuel systems on C-130J aircraft. Nick then progressed to various roles within the Air Force, including Assistant Section Chief, Lead Sensor Operator, and Unit Training Manager. Nick also served as an MQ-9A and MQ-1B Sensor Operator, engaging ground targets and supporting intelligence missions using remotely piloted aircraft. In 2017, they became an MQ-9A Instructor Sensor Operator, training and mentoring others in this role. From 2018 to 2019, they assumed leadership roles as the Non Commissioned Officer in Charge of Flight Training and Flight Evaluator, validating crew members' performance and training programs. In 2019, Nick joined BGI, LLC as an RPA Subject Matter Expert and Field Engineer. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in aviation, sensor operations, training, and leadership throughout their career.
Nick Goetz obtained their first degree, an Associate of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology, from the Community College of the Air Force from 2008 to 2016. Simultaneously, they also earned another Associate of Science degree in Air and Space Operations Technology during the same time period. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology Project Management from American Military University, completing it from 2016 to 2021.
