David Boucher

David Boucher has extensive work experience in various roles within the construction and management industry. David started their career with Tiree in 2002 as a Project Manager and worked there until 2005. After that, they joined SNC Lavalin O&M and held the positions of Project Manager from 2005 to 2007, and Project Delivery Manager from 2007 to 2015.
