Mary Lou Sinclair

Mary Lou Sinclair, CIH, ROH, CRSP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of health, safety, and environment. Their most recent role was as the VP of Health, Safety and Environment for BGIS, where they were responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with HSE policies and objectives. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Governance and Managed Systems at Ontario Power Generation, where they oversaw the consolidation and simplification of management systems. Mary also served as the Director of Corporate Safety at OPG, where they developed an integrated health and safety strategy and provided leadership on HSE policy and programming. Mary Lou began their career as an Industrial Hygienist at Ontario Hydro, where they managed the transition to an electronic MSDS system and conducted numerous industrial hygiene investigations.
