Sohail Rahman

Sohail Rahman is a Senior Software Engineer at BGL Group since March 2020, focusing on engineering and maintaining white label websites for motor and home insurance, and developing a digital voice solution for the contact centre using Google Dialogflow. Previously, Sohail worked as a Senior Software Developer at Carbon DMP, contributing to the Carbon Data Management Platform with C#, SQL, Azure, and AWS, and was part of an agile team. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Web Developer at TUI, where web apps, APIs, and services were created using SQL Server and Apache Solr, and an industrial placement as a Software Engineer at DuPont Teijin Films, working with C# and Borland Delphi. Sohail's career began at DSGi Business in a technical support and sales role. Sohail holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Teesside University, completed between 2011 and 2015.
