Roxanne Lowen is an experienced marketing and customer service professional with a strong background in management. Currently serving as Marketing Manager and Customer Service Manager at BGO since January 2021, Roxanne has previously held significant roles including Corporate Customer Service Training Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2015 to January 2021, and Customer Service Supervisor at 20 VIC Management Inc. from February 2010 to September 2015. Roxanne's career began as an Assistant Manager at Sunglass Hut from June 2009 to February 2010. Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Theatre and Film from The University of Winnipeg (2005-2011) and recently completed a Digital Marketing Bootcamp at Jelly Academy in May 2024.
