Aron Kain

Aron Kain has been working in the engineering industry since 1988. Aron began their career at TRW as a Responsible Design Engineer (RDE). During their time there, they were responsible for the design, development and production of ultra low noise, stable phase locked loop DRO. Aron also conducted engineering research, device and system design, and development functions pertaining to kinetic inductance resonators and filters, high speed, high density packaging, ferroelectric phase shifters, superconducting parametric amplifiers, DRO's, mmW detectors, beam forming networks, HTS process development, cryogenics, and superconducting device research.

In 1996, Aron Kain moved to Ansoft Corporation, where they served as the Director of Advanced Technology. Aron'sresponsibilities included being the Principle Investigator on 4 SBIR Phase I and II contracts covering the entire range from 1 to 94 GHz. Aron also conducted research in circuit design and analysis, EM engine development, neural network synthesis, antenna design, MEMS sensor design, and device model development.

Aron Kain then founded and became the CTO of BH Sensors in 2001. Aron also held the position of Senior VP Engineering. At the same time, they were the Chief Technology Officer of BH Technology. Aron'sresponsibilities included intellectual property services such as patent infringement evaluation, forensic patent and technology investigation, and patent development and writing. Aron was also responsible for financial services technical assessment, including evaluation of emerging and core technologies, product development and management, and intellectual property evaluation.

Aron Kain completed their Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1993. Aron also earned an MSEE in Quantum Electronics from Columbia University between 1982 and 1984.
