Sridhar Reddy Kaasam

Sridhar Reddy Kaasam is an experienced professional in the field of quality assurance and biotechnology, currently serving as a Manager at Bharat Biotech International Limited since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sridhar worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included process monitoring for Covid vaccine and batch release activities. With extensive experience at Sanofi from March 2009 to May 2022, Sridhar held positions ranging from Deputy Manager to Senior Production Assistant, leading various quality assurance functions and batch release activities in bulk manufacturing suites. Earlier in the career, Sridhar served as an Associate Scientist at A.G. Biotech Laboratories, overseeing plant tissue culture activities. Academically, Sridhar holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Kakatiya University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from the same institution, alongside additional coaching in biotechnological studies.
