Aditya Kumar is an experienced professional with a background in naval architecture and business strategy. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - Business Strategy at Bharat Forge Ltd since September 2020, Aditya has previously held roles including Management Intern at Easypolicy Insurance Web Aggregators Pvt. Ltd. and Naval Architect at Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited, where responsibilities involved leading design teams and drafting technical specifications for various projects. Aditya’s earlier experience includes positions at Bharati Shipyard Ltd and Mazagon Dock Ltd, contributing to design and construction projects and gaining insights into production processes.
